Announcing “The 2010 Manifesto”

by Jim Lord

Everywhere, people are frustrated and wishing something could be done. Others are past frustration, throwing up their hands, “What’s the use?”

That gets me all riled up.

You and I want people to know that something can be done. And that they have the stuff to do it.

Sometimes that takes a boost, an outside voice. That’s why Pam and I have stepped forward to create a tool to launch this new decade — our gift to you to pass along.

We’re calling it …

“The 2010 Manifesto”

(How’s that for a gutsy title? I told you I’m riled up!)

It’s a quick, easy skim — either online or as a handy downloadable (and ready-to-email) PDF.

Use it to let your folks in on six simple ways they can reclaim hope — and inspire them to act for the greater good.

And set up a little revolution of your own: Expand the circle of people around you — the folks you’ve encouraged to speak out. They’ll change the conversation, and move to inspired action.

Click this link to get the manifesto.

And let me know how you’re putting it to work. It’s time for folks like us to make our voices heard (more than ever before).

Consulting? Maybe speaking, writing, coaching, facilitating, teaching, advising? Get the special report I’m just now finishing on 3 strategies ... “How to create the consulting practice you really want.” Click here for your complimentary copy.

“A better path has emerged. We now have the ingredients for social action that is more humane, more enlightened, more spiritually evolved, and even more effective. Righteous indignation may have provided the first impetus to act, but the world is different today.”

I like this quote Jim. The simple fact we could now share our ideas, meet people and organizations through social media, creates new opportunities and brings hope to the hope agents.

“We were, and are, all in this together.”

That’s the “Ubuntu” concept!

From Wikipedia:
* “Humanity towards others”
* “I am because we are”
* “A person ‘becomes human’ through other persons”
* “A person is a person because of other persons”
